- Keropok lekor tahan berapa lama? 2 hari di luar, 2-3 minggu jika dibekukan. Keropok lekor disediakan secara "homemade" dan tiada tambahan pengawet. How long until keropok lekor expires? 2 days room temperature, 2-3 weeks if frozen. Keropok lekor is homemade do not contain additional preservatives.
- Bila boleh tempah? Sekurang-kurangnya sehari lebih awal. Tempahlah seawal suka untuk mengelak daripada stok terhad. Tempahan "last minit" juga diterima jika stok mengizinkan. Sila telefon dan tanya, manalah tahu kan? How far in advance to order? At least 1 days notice. However you may book as early as you wish to avoid any chances of limited stock availability. Last minute orders are also accepted if stock availability permits. Please call and ask. You might just get lucky! (Although we usually run-out FAST!)
- Penghantaran? Caj RM10 untuk tempahan bernilai RM200 (25 bungkus) ke atas sekitar Kuala Lumpur sahaja. Bergantung pada jadual kami. Sila tanya sebelum tempah. Kawasan lain boleh dipertimbangkan jika nilai tempahan mengizinkan. Delivery? RM10 delivery charge for RM200 (25 packets) and above orders within Kuala Lumpur only. Neighboring areas will be considered if order amount permits. Subject to availability. Kindly check with us before ordering.
- Ambil sendiri? Sangat dialu-alukan. Peta disediakan serta lokasi mudah dicari. Self-pick up? We would really appreciate it! We're easy to locate, please refer to the map provided.
- Bayaran? Tunai atau bank-in. Untuk tempahan RM200 ke atas sila deposit 50% atau total, sekurang-kurangnya dua hari sebelum tarikh penghantaran. (Tertakluk kepada penghantaran sahaja. Jika mengambil sendiri, tiada deposit dikenakan. "Cash & Carry".) Sila hubungi kami untuk mendapatkan nombor akaun untuk tujuan pembayaran. Payment? Cash or bank-in. For orders RM200 and above kindly deposit 50% or total payment two days before delivery. (Applies to delivery only. If self-collecting, no deposit is imposed. "Cash & Carry".) Please contact us in order to get our bank account number for payment purposes.
